Gather Kitchen was conceived on a cold January night in 2018. My 11 year old daughter challenged me to turn my passion for flavor into a business: "Momma, you're just playing around. You know you aren't really going to go through with this." Game on my baby girl! Lucky for me, I've gathered a few amazing heirloom recipes over time and am off to the market!
Fast forward a few months, and I'm producing product at Findlay Kitchen. Come see Momma at West Chester and Madiera and Findlay markets.

Our Mustards are unique and satisfying condiments to spice just up just about anything. Pair Momma's Original with your favorite meats, cheeses & crackers on a charcuterie board with your favorite beverage. Bavarian Babe with a brat or a met.
Our Pesto is Powerful, made with the power greens and organic extra virgin olive oil and fresh garlic. Toss w/quinoa, rice, pasta, or veggies. Power up an omelet. Dress up fish, chicken or steak with before grilling.
Made with organic, locally sourced ingredients when and where available. Otherwise, carefully selected products from quality suppliers. Prepared with passion for your enjoyment. We experiment with different combinations before finding the right blend to package for tastings.

Power Pesto Pasta sauce: Cook a pound of pasta ~ al dente, drain & return to pot. Add about 2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil & mix. Then, add about ½ jar of Power Pesto, mix well & enjoy.
Power Pesto Pizza: Prepare a pizza dough/crust. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Spread Power Pesto onto crust & add diced tomatoes, black olives or any of your favorite toppings. Pop in the oven using the time and temp. suggested by the crust.
Power Pesto Bruschetta: Slice a fresh baguette into thin slices or across. Drizzle with olive oil. Warm in the oven on 400degrees about 4 minutes.Spread Power Pesto onto baguette & return to the oven for 2-3 more minutes. Enjoy with fresh tomatoes!
Power Pesto Rice or Quinoa:Make rice or quinoa by following directions on package. Add extra virgin olive oil, mix in a few spoons of Power Pesto.
Power Lunch - Spread Power Pesto on sandwiches in place of mayo or add to a salad.
Power Chicken – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease pan. 2 Ideas: Salt & Pepper the chicken & bake for 30 minutes. In last 5 minutes, top chicken with Power Pesto. Or,stuff a chicken breast with Power Pesto & bake 45 minutes.
Power App– Enjoy on a charcuterie board with your favorite crackers, cheese and meats & momma’s mustard!

Mustard Pork Chops – Sauté tenderized pork chops in a heavy-based pan in olive oil & garlic for about 5 minutes each side. Remove to plate. Pour ½ cup of cider or apple juice into pan to deglaze, let it bubble a bit. Add about a Tablespoon of Momma’s Mustard & about ¼ cup of milk. Cook sauce for a few minutes, then pour over Pork. You may substitute chicken breast. Verify meat is done with thermometer.
Sandwich - Add Momma’s Mustard to your sandwiches
Mustard Vinaigrette. – Mix ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar with ¼ cup of ∫Mmma’s Mustard. Use as a salad dressing.
Deviled Eggs – Hard boileggs and carefully peel & wash them. Cut length wise & remove yolks and place in bowl. Mix with Momma’s Mustard & a bit of mayo. To fill egg whites without a mess, place the mixture in a small zip lock baggie, cut the corner off and squeeze the deviled mixture into the whites. Sprinkle with chives & paprika.
Charcuterie Board App – Arrange a platter of cured meats, cheeses, grapes & crackers with Momma’s Mustard & Power Pesto. Enjoy as a app or as a lite dinner.
